In early 2009 Color emajl d.o.o. bought two buildings in industrial zone of village Velika. In one of the buildings Color emajl d.o.o. situated production of garden furniture. The production capacity of garden furniture will increase, and thus meet the needs of the market. Through the purchase of property, company will improve the process of production of garden furniture. In the second facility is planned to place the final composition of fireplaces and its storage. Storing of fireplace is important because in that way Color emajl d.o.o. has possibility to quickly react on market needs and meet them successfully. BUILDING OF NEW FACILITY
Color emajl d.o.o. has started to build a new facility in May 2009. The new facility will be located in Alaginci b.b., near existing one in which the production of fireplaces is situated. By building a new facility Kolor emajl d.o.o. will increase production capacity and improve the technological processes. With the completion of new facility, production of fireplaces will be moved and in that way production process will be more efficient. This investment will increase the capacity of production, quality and thereby become more competitive on the European market. The part of Color emajl`s d.o.o. mission is to constantly strive towards expending, including building new facilities, meaning that the company at the end of the project follows its mission.
PURCHASE OF HIGH TECHNOLOGY MACHINE
Color emajl d.o.o. is planning to purchase a high technological machine called Flexi Star. Machine is used to produce smoke pipes independently. The machine, Flexi Star has the ability to create smoke pipes from fi (diameter) 80 to fi (diameter) 400. Maximum length of pipe that the machine can produce is 1250 millimeters. With this investment Color emajl d.o.o. wants to increase the quality of smoke elements, and the precision of making the same. Also, after purchase of this machine production capacity will be increased and the possibility of error in production will be minimal. Flexi Star will be fourth high-technological machine that Kolor emajl d.o.o. possesses. This message is to demonstrate that we use the latest technologies for development of new products and its production, which is the basis for progress.
ISH 50 EXHIBITION – FRANKFURT
Color emajl d.o.o. presented products from its own production at the exhibition in Frankfurt. Exhibition called ISH 50 is one of the most recognized in Frankfurt. On the exhibition our team presented new models of fireplaces and smoke elements. One of our top models of fireplaces that we wanted to present on the exhibition is Orca. The special feature of that fireplace is water boiler inside with ability of connection to the heating system in the house. Also on the exhibition we have presented our new models for the season 2009/2010. All models of the fireplaces you can see in our gallery. We believe that through participation on the exhibition our company will increase number of clients. Even more we believe that new clients will recognize high quality products of our company.
